The Clerk of District Court is responsible for maintaining the records of all cases filed in the Eighth Judicial District, Goshen County. The Clerk has many duties, which include the processing of cases and court ordered payments, as well as the administration of appeals and jury trials. The Clerk of District Court handles cases concerning:  Civil matters, Adoptions, Criminal Felony cases, Juvenile (child in need of supervision, neglect and delinquency), Domestic Relations, Paternity, Child Support enforcement, Probate, Involuntary Commitments, Guardianships, Conservatorships, Appeals to the Wyoming Supreme Court and Appeals from Municipal Court and Circuit Court.
