FEBRUARY 2007 PRESS RELEASE During the month of February, the Goshen County Victim Assistance Office provided services to 115 total victims with 15 new cases and 35 new victims. These services were provided through 19 Personal Contacts, 103 Written Contacts, 53 Phone Contacts, 36 Court Escorts, 55 Research and Restitution situations. Of the total new and ongoing cases worked in February, 30 cases were investigated by the Torrington Police Department, 23 cases by the Goshen County Sheriff’s Office, and 3 cases by the Lingle Police Department. In order to accomplish this the Goshen County Victim Assistance Staff and Volunteers worked a total of 213 hours. |
