SEPTEMBER 2009 PRESS RELEASE

          During the month of September Goshen County Victim Assistance provided services to 70 total victims with 15 new cases and 17 new victims.  These services were provided through 8 Personal Contacts, 124 Written Contacts, 20 Phone Contacts, 22 Court Escorts, 54 Research and Restitution situations.  Of the total new and ongoing cases worked in September 20 cases were investigated by the Torrington Police Department, 14 cases by the Goshen County Sheriff's Department, 1 case by the Wyoming Highway Patrol, and 1 case by the Lingle Police Department.
