During the month of September, the Goshen County Victim Assistance office provided services to 100 total victims with 23 new cases, 41 new victims and 59 victims in ongoing cases. These services were provided through 22 Personal Contacts, 112 Written Contacts, 61 Phone Contacts, 36 Court Escorts, 35 Research and Restiution situations. Of the total new and ongoing cases worked in September, 32 cases were investigated by the Torrington Police Department, 24 cases by the Goshen County Sheriff's Office, 3 cases by the Wyoming Highway Patrol, and 1 case by the Cheyenne Police Department.
In order to accomplish this the Goshen County Victim Assistance Staff and Volunteers worked a total of 263 hours.
