Debbi Surratt - Assessor
Debbi Surratt has been with the Goshen County Assessor’s Office since 1985. Debbi prides herself on the fact that she started at the bottom and has worked in every facet in the Assessor’s Office. It is important to Debbi to keep you, the taxpayer, informed and by always having an open door policy, where you can come in and discuss your concerns! Debra was elected in 1990 to her first term, which she began serving in 1991. Debra has been a Certiified Wyoming Tax Appraiser since 1987. She is an active member of the International Association of Assessing Officers and the Wyoming County Assessor’s Association. Debra has taken an active roll in the Wyoming County Assessor’s Association and has served many years on the Agricultural Committee as well as the Standards Committee, Education Committee and the Liaison Committee. She has worked diligently for the past 25 years helping to develop the mapping product that is now being shared and used county wide and on this website.
Jeremy Wardell - Deputy Assessor
Jeremy has recently returned to the office. He had worked for the office in 2020 and 2021, as a Property Data Specialist, when he started working on his certification as a Wyoming Tax Appraiser. He will continue to work on getting his certification, now that he has returned.
Michelle Dever - Supervisor -Property Data Specialist
Michelle has been with the Goshen County Assessor's Office since 2019. She is working on her certification as a Wyoming Tax Appraiser.
Linda Keller - Property Data Specialist
Linda has been with the Goshen County Assessor’s Office since 2022. She is currently working on her certification as a Wyoming Tax Appraiser.
Belinda Alexander - Property Data Specialist
Belinda has recently started working for the Goshen County Assessor's Office and will be working toward her certification as a Wyoming Tax Appraiser.
Sara Brennecke - Property Data Specialist
Sara has recently started working for the Goshen County Assessor's Office and will be working toward her certification as a Wyoming Tax Appraiser.
