Catering-Malt Beverage-Winery Permit Application

CATERING PERMITS  (W.S. 12-4-502(b)) 

• For sale of the Retail or Resort license holder’s alcohol inventory only, served in the county at an event outside of your place of business

MALT BEVERAGE PERMITS  (W.S. 12-4-502(a) / W.S. 12-2-201(b)) 

• For the sale of malt beverage products obtained from a licensed malt beverage wholesaler

MALT BEVERAGE PERMIT FOR MICROBREWERY  (W.S. 12-4-415 (e)) 

• For the Sale of the microbrewery’s own Wyoming brewed products only

MANUFACTURER’S OFF-PREMISE PERMIT  (W.S. 12-2-203(g)(iii))  

• For the sale of the manufacturer’s own Wyoming manufactured products only

WINERY’S OFF-PREMISE PERMIT  (W.S. 12-4-414(g))  

• For the sale of the winery’s own Wyoming manufactured products

FOR EACH PERMIT

1. Complete permit application
2. Include $30.00 fee for each day of the event
3.  Apply at least one week prior to the event

  AFTER APPLYING IT’S THE APPLICANT’S RESPONSIBILITY TO PICK UP PERMIT BEFORE THEIR EVENT AND TO POST THEIR PERMIT IN A CONSPICUOUS LOCATION AT LISTED EVENT
