Please note that the Subdivision Regulations in the Land Use Plan are outdated.  Refer to the Subdivision Regulations attachment by clicking on Planning Applications and Forms.

The Planning Commission holds its monthly meeting on the third Wednesday of each month @ 6:30 p.m. in the Board of County Commissioners meeting room in the Goshen County Courthouse. Normal agenda items will be addressed during meeting as well as potential work sessions to develop regulations on a number of topics.

Currently Goshen County does not have Zoning Regulations or Building Inspections.
